MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT(Im a girl)?

This happened to me last month. It was very noticable. I would find a few strands on the school table every class. or pick them off my jumper LOL. I asked my friend who works at a hairsalon. She told me to change my shampoo and conditioner to head and shoulders. The amount of hair decreased. And it has stopped.
