my brother's friend came over and "accidentally" chucked the controller across the room. now, whenever i try to play a game, the the green lights start flashing, and it disconnects. this happens, like, every 30 seconds. i got my xbox a week ago, and i've tried a lot of things. is it even possible to fix this without returning it?
