10 year old girl birthday party ideas? Please help!!!?

So my little sister is having a birthday party in a few weeks. And I am completely stuck. She likes things like Gatti Town, Mall Scavenger hunt, and an Arts and Crafts party. I think Gatti Town is expensive and they would only get a $5 game card which would run out so quickly. A mall scavenger hunt with riddles to find the store and item sounded cool until, even though we had free things, we realized it could be a little pricey and take lots of time. We both really like the arts and crafts idea. We thought of tye dyeing t shirts. But she did the same party last year and did the two other really good crafts we could think of; making flip flops, and decorating tote bags. Anything other than bowling or Chuck E. Cheese would be helpful!!! And she'd rather not just sit at home and hang out doing hair and nails. Anything girly would be helpful, and not super pricey.
