My face muscles keep kind of twitching?!?

Not sure about this, or heard of it. There is the occasional eye twitch because of basic spasms in ONE muscle. But if your whole face is twitching with you having no intention for it to, that should mean sets of muscles are twitching together at the same time, which i'm not so sure about. See a doctor if you wish or try online.
