What causes cramping in different parts of body?

I am a construction worker. Lately I've had to work for hours raking concrete. when I get home and try to relax i experience severe cramping in my thighs,arms and hands. My hands get so bad i can barely open end close them without feeling alot of pain. Seeking what can cause this condition.
